1) Who we are

Achii (“we,” “us,” “our”) makes small-batch, hand-whipped moisturizers in Montréal, Québec. Our website is hosted on Wix.com.

2) Using this site

By accessing or purchasing on achii.ca, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping & Returns policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  • Eligibility: You must be 18+ or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • Accounts: Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

  • Prohibited: Illegal use, fraud, scraping, interfering with the site, or infringing IP.

3) Products & pricing

  • Handmade variations: Because we craft in small batches, color/texture/scent may vary slightly. This is normal and not a defect.

  • Information: Ingredients and usage info are provided for general information only and may change without notice.

  • Pricing & errors: Prices, fees, and availability can change at any time. We may correct errors (including pricing) and cancel/refund orders impacted by an error.

4) Orders & payment

  • Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept, refuse, or limit quantities at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, address issues).

  • Payment (online): We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit via Wix’s secure, PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. We do not accept cash/e-transfer online.

  • In-person sales (events/pop-ups): We may accept cash or e-transfer. Availability may vary.

5) Shipping & Local Delivery (summary)

This section summarizes; the full Shipping & Returns page forms part of these Terms.

Shipping (Canada Post, tracked): Processing 1–3 business days. Customer pays shipping. Delivery typically 1–5 business days after dispatch.
Warm-weather note: Balms may soften in heat; refrigerate to re-set (performance unchanged).

Local Delivery — LaSalle only:

  • Area: Addresses within LaSalle (shown at checkout).

  • Fee: Shown at checkout. 100% of the local-delivery fee goes to our local delivery team.

  • Scheduling: Choose a delivery date at checkout. Minimum 5-day lead time.

  • Window: We email your 1–2 hour window on the morning of delivery.

  • Leave-at-door & photo proof: Delivery is drop-off only with timestamped photo emailed to you. Responsibility transfers once the photo is sent.

  • Apartments: You must provide buzzer/intercom code and unit #. If we cannot access, the order is marked Attempted; you may reschedule (fee applies) or switch to Canada Post (postage at your expense).

  • Address accuracy: You’re responsible for entering a correct, complete address. If a parcel returns to us (incorrect/incomplete/unclaimed), we can reship (new fee) or refund product price only once received back unopened.

6) Refunds (no returns)

We want you to feel confident trying Achii. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — used or unused.

  • No returns accepted. Do not mail products back.

  • What’s refunded: Product price only. Shipping and local-delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and improve; your 30-day refund eligibility remains.
    How to request: Email info@achii.ca with your order # and a short note. Refunds go to your original payment method (allow 3–10 business days for your bank/issuer).

7) Health & safety

  • External use only. Patch test before first use; discontinue if irritation occurs.

  • Photosensitivity: Citrus essential oils (e.g., grapefruit, lemon, orange) can increase sun sensitivity. Use with care before sun exposure.

  • Allergens: Argan derives from tree nuts. Avoid if you have a tree nut allergy.

  • No medical claims: Content is informational only and not a substitute for medical advice.

8) Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Achii or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

9) Reviews & user content

If you submit a review or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it (including on our site, emails, and ads), subject to moderation for appropriateness and legality.

10) Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian law (including PIPEDA). Our site is hosted by Wix.com; payments are processed by Wix and/or its payment partners. 11) Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Achii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Some provinces (including Québec) do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, this clause applies only to the extent permitted.
